UPDATE:The Kite Lounge is happy to announce that we have moved back into the eXtreme Hotel!  The location is better, the rooms are better, and the vibe is better.  Those who know the place love it.

The hotel is a 20 room boutique hotel with a cozy, friendly and chill vibe, your home away from home while you enjoy a vacation with friends.   When you stay with us, you become part of the team and have the option of joining us for dinner in town where we will be your guides to all the fun. 

All rooms are clean but no frills, with private shower and bath and balcony, right on the beach.  We are decorating all the rooms in honor of a different pro kiters to give it a Kiter Guest House feel.

 

• The is a big common kitchen, and you can opt to join the cooking club and enjoy home cooked meals.
• The pool offers a refreshing way to chill out and watch the action on kite beach in between sessions.
• The view is breathtaking, from the bedrooms or the covered balcony.
• Surf the Internet with our free beach wireless access (our ALWAYS works), and then get a drink from the Distillery and a meal from the the Snack Shack
• We have lockers to store your gear
• The compressor is a lazy alternative to pumping up your kite.

$45 nightly / $300 weekly

MONTHLY SUPER DEAL $450-$600 monthly depending on which room and # of people.  Monthly room rates do not include maid service or linens and start and end of the 1st of each month.  Maid service and linens are an extra.

July 1-30, December 20 - Jan 5, is super high season and rates go up.
